Cubaris sp. 'Crabby' - Cubaris sp. 'Nguyen', Crabbies
Crabbies are said to be the largest Cubaris in the hobby. These bright orange hefty bois have their signature faceplates and flat edges. To top it off, they make a small defensive hissing sound, similar to Armadillo officinalis!
Native to Vietnam, this species is surprisingly hardy and beginner-friendly.
Size – Adults reach up to 2.5 cm.
Difficulty - [2/5] - Great beginner species. Good for novice keepers.
Special Care - Crabbies will breed readily in a basic isopod setup with deep substrate (2-2.5 inches) and a 50/50 humid-dry split.
Cultures are sent in mixed sizes (juveniles to subadults). Do not expect fully-grown specimens.

Shipping
Express Shipping via FedEx is ₱5,000 or around 80 USD. Orders usually arrive within 3-7 days. This is quite safe considering isopods do well in transit for up to 30 days.
Arrival Guarantees
We cannot make any arrival guarantees. Survival rate is historically 95% for isopods.
Ideal Temperature
Isopods ship best from 18C to 28C (64F to 82F).
