Shipping policy

Standard delivery - We will arrange delivery for you upon receipt of payment.
Own Grab/Lalamove Booking - We will inform you when the isopods are ready to be picked up. To see estimated shipping cost, please check on your Grab Express or Lalamove app (input San Lorenzo, Makati as the pick up point, and your address as the drop off point). This can also be used if you prefer to pick up your isopods yourself.

Metro Manila - All live isopod shipments are covered by our arrive alive guarantee. If your ants arrive deceased then we will replace or refund your order. Just send us a photo of the isopods and we'll process your claim. Orders booked as "Own Pick Up" are not covered.
Non-Metro Manila - Live isopod shipments to Non-Metro Manila addresses are at the buyer's risk. We are at the mercy of our shipping carriers and are only able to offer our guarantee for orders within Metro Manila
